Follow the Steps Below

1. Refer to "Preferred File Formats" to the right.
2. Send your artwork to artwork@overtimeink.com
3. Please include a job name in the "Description" field of the email

Your artwork will then be reviewed. If there are any issues with the artwork you will be notified. In certain instances you will be asked to resend your artwork. If your file does not meet the requirements of the preferred file format there will most likely be an art charge.

You will be notified of any art charges or issues with the artwork.

Once all issues are settled, you will be sent a digital proof or your job. You will have to sign off on the proof before your job can be placed into production.

For Best Results, Save As:

1. Adobe Illustrator .ai, or .eps
2. or, Corel Draw
3. Vector artwork
4. All fonts must be outlined

Submitting your files accordingly will reduce your chances of art charges.

All files are subject to art charges, depending on the complexity of the artwork as well as file format/setup.

The more information provided the easier it will be to create the desired artwork for your job.
